Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, pricing, and finance teams
• Lead the functional design and configuration of CPQ solutions
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations, including workflows, validations, dashboards, and reports
• Facilitate UAT, coordinate with QA, and support Go-Live activities
• Mentor admins, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure user adoption
• Plan and execute deployments using version control systems

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ and Sales Cloud experience
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes, Quote-to-Cash, and order management workflows
• Expertise in Salesforce admin functions (Flows, App Builder, Reports, etc.)
• Experience with integrations and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
• Familiarity with Copado, Git, or other deployment tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ and Admin Certifications
• Working experience with ERP integrations
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Willingness to work night shifts occasionally
