Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.
• Resolve user support tickets, fixing bugs.
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Creating dashboards for individual users to help them visualize key data.
• Building reports, automating processes, setting up workflows, integrating third party apps.
• Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed. Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
• Maintaining the platform, by updating user profiles, changing sharing privileges, and improving reporting settings.
• Staying current on new Salesforce tools, capabilities, and updates, so that we can remain competitive.

Job description

Requirements:
• Freshers with Salesforce Certification are also welcome
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
• Salesforce certification will be an added advantage.
