As the Salesforce Practice Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Salesforce initiatives, working collaboratively with stakeholders, engineers, and technology leaders to drive innovative solutions aligned with our digital transformation strategy. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing our global SFDC business and fostering its growth.
Qualifications:
- Profound understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Force.com Platform, Mulesoft, and other CRM technology solutions.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency as a delivery leader, subject matter expert, and successful executor of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and business leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize Salesforce practitioners from diverse backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across various SFDC Clouds.
- Multiple Trailhead-verified Salesforce certifications are imperative.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops: Facilitate large audiences, deliver solution presentations, and conduct prototype demonstrations.
- Support sales opportunities: Actively leverage solutions, offerings, and services to translate them into compelling value propositions for clients.
- Collaborate in a team environment: Provide leadership and guidance to achieve targeted practice growth.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to project proposals, estimations, forecasts, solution design, architecture decisions, and other technical specifications.
