Description
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce release management and DevOps activities, Agile methodologies, version control management, Code and data backups and restore strategy
- Design & develop DevOps process using tools like Salesforce DX/Gearset/Copado/Flosum or any other established Salesforce DevOps tools while ensuring the security and stability of Salesforce environments.
- Good understanding of industry best practices for implementing and managing release processes for different environments
- Setup version control with Salesforce DX/Gearset/Copado /Flosum or any other established Salesforce DevOps tools
- Responsibilities to plan and execute scheduled releases for multiple Salesforce instances
- Coordinate on code merge for releases to sandboxes/production and ensure proper tracking of released components in version control
- Assume ownership and continuous improvement of the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation.
- Good working knowledge of the Salesforce platform capabilities
- Hands-on Sales Cloud; Service Cloud.
- Certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administrator
